Registration fees

  * Limited grants for undergraduate students. To ask for a grant please send an email to labic@ugr.es with a proof of your status.

 Rates include:

• Attendance to all scientific sessions and workshops
• Attendance certificate
• Conference proceedings (these include poster and presentations)
• Badge and congress kit
• Coffee Breaks and light lunches as per program
• Gala dinner on Tuesday 17^th

Visit to The Alhambra

Only the first 30 participants who register before October 28, 2025, will be reserved for the visit on the afternoon of February 16, 2026!

Liability

The organizers are not responsible for any personal accidents, losses, or thefts during the conference. Make sure to have your own health and travel insurance.

Photography and Video Recording 

During the conference, we’ll have a photographer and videographer capturing the event’s highlights and attendees. When you register, you’re giving us the green light to use your image in our social media posts and publications about the conference.

We’ll only use your images to promote the conference and its activities, and not for any commercial gain.
