IMPORTANT DATES

Abstract Submission until 10^th October 2025

Extended until 28^th October, 2025

Abstract acceptance will be communicated to the authors on 30^th October 2025.

Early Bird Registration until 5^th December 2025

Regular Registration after 6^th December 2025

Registration is required for at least one of the authors for poster/podium presentations
